Sliding Scale Pricing.

Rooted Evolution operate on a sliding scale in an intentional effort to distribute resources equitably between organizations we work with. We approach pricing as a conversation based our client’s specific needs. General guidelines for the sliding scale are:

$125/hr

Solidarity rate* for artists, organizers, and organizations experiencing financial instability.

$160/hr

Rate for organizations with budgets under $1 million.

$200/hr

Rate for organizations with budgets over $1 million.

*For individual artists and solopreneurs, Laura will also offer a free 60-minute coaching session, and may consider a skill trade arrangement for follow-up sessions.
